All products available on FluxCut are digital assets, including but not limited to avatar videos, video packs, social media management services, and dedicated web pages. Upon completion of your purchase, you will be granted immediate access to downloadable content where applicable. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a purchase is complete.

2. Usage Rights
When you purchase a product from FluxCut, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal or business purposes. However, the following actions are strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from FluxCut: reselling, redistributing, or sharing the raw video files; claiming our content as your own original work; using our content for illegal, harmful, or defamatory purposes; or sub-licensing or transferring your license to another person or entity. For social media management services, you retain ownership of your social media accounts, but FluxCut retains ownership of the content strategy and any proprietary methods used.

3. Payments & Security
All transactions on FluxCut are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including Razorpay. FluxCut does not store or have access to your sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers or bank details. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Performance & Results
While our video assets and social media strategies are designed for high engagement, FluxCut does not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, likes, shares, sales, or any other numerical performance metric. Results depend on individual strategy, platform algorithms, audience behavior, and other factors outside our control. Our products and services are provided "as is" for your use.

5. Modifications to Service
FluxCut reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, service, pricing, or content at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. User Compliance with Third-Party Platforms
You agree to use our content and services in full compliance with the community guidelines, terms of service, and applicable laws of third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook. You are solely responsible for your posting practices, including but not limited to copyright compliance, disclosure requirements, and content moderation. FluxCut is not liable for any penalties, account suspension, or legal action taken against you by any third-party platform.

7. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on FluxCut or receive login credentials for client portals (such as the FluxCut Gold Hub), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info.fluxcut@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account. FluxCut is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

12. Termination
FluxCut reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website, services, or client portals immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, illegal activity, or abusive behavior toward our team. Upon termination, your license to use our products and services ends immediately. You must cease all use of our content and delete any downloaded files in your possession.
